I was lucky enough to spend four wonderful days at the Noosa International Food Festival. You can read my run down of the fun of the festival here. I feel so lucky and privilegedto meet many of my idols and just had to put a little album together to share.

My idol Maggie Beer

Stephanie Alexander – The pioneer of Australian cooking, and founder of Stephanie Alexander Kitchen garden foundation.

The lovely Mark Jensen from one of our favourite restaurants ‘Red Lantern’ Surry Hills. He has a wonderful food philosophy: eat sustainably and exercise. You may recognise him from Ready Steady Cook.

Hangin with the boys from the hot new restauraunt ‘The Apollo’ at Potts Point. Left: Sam Christie ( Longrain Restaurant) and Jonathan Barthelmess (ex Manly Pavillion).

The super tall and the super small. Chef Cameron Matthews from The Long Apron. I think his apron is longer than me!

The lovely Peter Kuruvita from the hit SBS food show ‘My Sri Lanka’ and ‘Island Feast’ and owner of the Flying Fish restaurant, Sydney

The italian culinary god Davide Scabin from Michelin Starred restaurant Combal Zero, Italy. Photo taken at the Qantas best dinner in the world
Thanks so much to Social Tap for giving me the opportunity to meet these amazing people! It has made my year!
