How nutritious! Simply dip fresh fruit into some yoghurt, place on a tray and freeze. After about 1 hour, take them out and re-dip into the yoghurt to add another layer and pop back into the freezer. In this case I used blackberries from the Noosa Farmers Market, and Natural yoghurt from Maleny Dairies. Those of you that know me know that I’m such a fan of yoghurt due to its high calcium content , protein, and good bacteria for our digestive system! Blackberries provide wonderful antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fibre.
