Hi all,

We have entered the world of blogging. A bit late, I know…but until now there has been only time for our facebook page.

At the moment, the Nutrition Guru (Tara) has had to take some time off to recover from a recent illness. As it turns out, this illness has left her from: not having a moment to spare…to all of a sudden having time to stop, reflect, relax, and recover whilst resting at home. A perfect opportunity to start a blog.

We hope to continue sharing practical, easy advice to our readers which will cover areas of food, nutrition, cooking, recipes. Think of us as your own private chef and dietitian rolled into one.

We are looking forward to sharing more recipes, cooking tips, eating adventures, nutrition advice with you via this new page.
