This is one of our favourite sayings in life, and one especially we use when it comes to trying different foods. We have heard many people say they don’t like eating beetroot for example but when asked the last time they ate it was, they often reply with ‘Oh not since I was a child’. Healthy eating involves eating a varied diet to gain as many nutrients in a day that you can. So if there are foods that are missed out, that is nutrients that are being missed out! The more foods we like, the healthier we will be!
