Here are just a few of the many things I’ve learned from sharing life with The Nutrition Guru

It’s alright to make a mess in the kitchen (she’s such a messy cook, and I’m a kitchen neat-freak)

You don’t always have to speak your mind

Sit down to eat, and eat slowly

Salt doesn’t always have to be used liberally

Think kindly of others

Boardshorts and thongs are not always appropriate attire

Using skim milk is a good way to reduce fat in the diet

Starting the day with fruit, cereal and yoghurt is a great way to get energy and good nutrition
