There are many things that come into play when we decide which foods to buy.
Cost to name a few.
For most of us, cost plays a major role in what we do and don’t eat.
But don’t let cost be an EXCUSE for eating bad food. It is easy to use cost as an excuse for choosing a mars bar over an apple or french fries over a sandwich, but think about the cost it will have on your health in the long run.
Last time I looked trips to the GP, cholesterol and blood pressure medications and weight loss programs weren’t cheap.
When you pay for healthy food, you buy health. When you pay for unhealthy food, you buy disease.
Stay happy and healthy, and don’t use cost as an excuse.
